Interior Refresh

Even the most beautiful homes need a refresh every once in a while. These clients have loved their home for many years, but as things do, styles and needs change. This whole house refresh breathed new life into the spaces that this family used and valued most. The kitchen island was their main hub and landing place so they went BIG! New flooring, paint, fixtures, and tile work made this home feel brand new.

The Loft- Accessory Dwelling Unit

Small does not have to mean lacking. It doesn't mean that you have to sacrifice everything. This space certainly doesn't! This cottage has all of the luxuries and style. A reclaimed cedar barn wood ceiling, reclaimed fir backsplash and range hood, custom cabinets, a custom tile shower with glass enclosure, and high end details. It has all the comforts of a large home and all the character of a creative build.

The Farmhouse

This diamond in the rough farm house was built in 1912. Rumor has it, the house was moved to its current spot on the hill when the town was established in 1913. The focus of this house remodel was restoration as much as it was renovation. We wanted to make some modern updates so that house would serve it occupants for years to come, but also restore the hidden gems that make it unique. Each home, whether custom built or renovated, are built to reflect the story of the family that is living or will live in it. That is a huge part of why we love what we do.
